Gemelos 26: holiday life in the garden
The complex was completed in 2009 and is kept in good condition by a concierge who is there every day. Shops, restaurants and a supermarket are around the corner.

Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week.

Confirm with 30%
A deposit of 30% within 7 days confirms the booking. We charge a booking fee of 15 euros.
Balance a month before
Pay the balance at the latest one month before arrival, by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
Arrive from 13:00
The apartment is ready from 13:00 on arrival day; on departure it is left by 10:00. A cash guarantee is paid back when you leave.

How do I book and pay?
After we receive your booking form, a deposit of 30% within 7 days confirms the booking. The balance is due one month before arrival at the latest. You pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer; the booking fee is 15 euros.
When can I arrive and leave?
On any day of the week. The apartment is ready from 13:00 and is left by 10:00 on departure. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, let us know and we will try to find a solution.
Is there a guarantee?
On arrival you pay a guarantee of 200 pounds or euros in cash. It is paid back in cash on departure if there is no serious damage and the apartment is left clean and in good condition.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation or travel insurance is the responsibility of the guest. Let us know as soon as possible and we send an invoice for the amount paid, so you can claim it from your insurer. There are no refunds for cancellations or early departure.
What is included in the rate?
The nightly rates include electricity, water, linen and the final cleaning, based on a stay of one week; shorter stays on request. TV and Wi-Fi packages and a garage space are extras per night or per month.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. A baby cot with linen and a high chair can be rented on request.
